Sealey who?

Mr. Sealey was born and raised in the sweet and sour city of London. After moving to Amsterdam, trying the poffertjes, oliebollen and multitude of croissants, Mr. Sealey was missing the key English elements that go into preparing desserts: fun and whimsy.

Inspired by the combination of Dutch and English flavours, Sealey’s was born. In Sealey’s kitchen, we don’t say “doe normaal”, we say “doe gezellig!”.
